Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Environmental Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
