Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Seattle. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
