Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Basin Inspection Services is an inspection company in Salt Lake City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
