Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
