Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Glen Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 717 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
