Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Reno, NV)

Westbrook Juniper Freight is a Reno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people based in Reno. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
