Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Clear Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Reno. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
