Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Bluepeak Clear Farms is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
