Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Fernwood Glen Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Atlanta. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
