Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Louisville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
