Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Bright Harbor Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Raleigh. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
