Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Amberfield Keystone Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Detroit region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling harvest schedules on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
