Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Environmental Services Partners and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
