Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
