Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Highbridge Quill Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
