Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
