Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
