Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Bright Clear Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Atlanta. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
