Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Foxglove Fern Freight Group is a Charlotte logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 307 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
