Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 524 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
