Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Keystone Freight and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
