Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
