Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Highbridge Forge Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
