Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
