Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
