Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Silverline Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Colorado Springs, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
