Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 78 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
