Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Harbor Freight and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
