Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Des Moines, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
