Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight Group is a Phoenix logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
