Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Savannah with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
