Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Silverline Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
