Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Redstone Clear Freight Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Kansas City. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling carrier rates on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of carrier rates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
