Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge West Freight and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
