Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Northwind Studio is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
