Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Harbor Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of about 299 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
