Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Freight is a Denver logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
