Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Clearpath Juniper Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Sacramento, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
