Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Amberfield Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tampa with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
