Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
