Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Amberfield Glen Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on after-hours coverage for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
