Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
