Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
