Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Bluepeak Union Inspection Services is an inspection company in Reno with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of test reports. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
