Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Houston. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
