Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Keystone Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
