Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ivory Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
