Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Rowan Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be after-hours coverage. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
