Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Harbor Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Raleigh, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
