Dispatcher - after-hours coverage (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Clear Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Raleigh region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our after-hours coverage. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
